About Therapy Works



Mental health is one of the most neglected fields in Pakistan, despite increases in the number of people suffering from psychological and mental disorders in the country. Given the scarcity of data on mental illnesses in Pakistan, it is hard to provide an exact or accurate estimate of the percentage of our country's population living with psychological problems. However, it has been estimated that at least 15 million people in Pakistan suffer from some form of mental illness.

Established in 2008, Therapy Works is committed to the alleviation of emotional suffering through improved self-awareness and more informed choices about one's true self.

The Therapy Works team consists of highly trained professional with over 25 years of both local and international experience in advanced addiction therapy and dependency. We work holistically with a client's mind, body, and spirit towards a healthier future for everyone. As an organization, we are committed to the highest international professional standards of excellence in client care, based on principles of mutual respect, complete confidentiality, genuineness and positive regard for the client.

Our team consists of leading psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapist and a number of other specialists. Our support body of counselors and specialists are trained in all the main approaches of psychology including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioural and dialectical behavioural as well as transpersonal therapy.

About CPCAB






Therapy Works has developed key partnerships with organizations in the United Kingdom to enhance the quality, richness and diversity of the courses even further and offers regular guest-teaching by a variety of highly experienced visiting therapists from the UK. The Certificate Course in Humanistic Counselling and the Diploma in Integrative Counselling offered at Therapy Works (Private Limited) are fully accredited by the CPCAB.

What is CPCAB?

The Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) is a United Kingdom based awarding body and the only awarding body in Europe to specialize in the field of counselling. The CPCAB is managed by renowned professional trainers, counselors and supervisors.
